We came to know later after checking the bank statement after a month. We contacted booking.com, they took all the proofs and said to wait, relevant team will contact you soon. We are waiting since two months now there is no update and our chat history also deleted.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Family Stay with Stunning Views Positive: We had a fantastic stay in this apartment on the 38th floor in the Act Two building in Downtown as a family. The location is absolutely exceptional, with a perfect view of Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the fountains. The view is absolutely breathtaking – especially at night with the skyline lights and the fountain shows. Waking up to that panorama every morning was truly special for all of us. The apartment was very clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The floor-to-ceiling windows make the space feel bright and spacious, and they really maximize the incredible Downtown view. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we all slept very well during our stay. The location is perfect – everything is within walking distance (Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, restaurants, supermarkets), which made it very convenient for us as a family. The check-in process was smooth and professional. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place, especially for families.

Positive: Thank you very much, it was our first visit to Dubai. Everything was so thought out that we felt like we were in our own home. The apartment was two steps away from Dubai Mall. Zabil Mall was located very close, where there is a large market with food and ready-made meals. It is very easy to get to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa Square through Zabil Mall. I would also like to emphasize the help of Abdul and Verushka. The guys helped us in every possible way with locations and were there on time. We recommend you will not regret it. Negative: A week is very little time for Dubai :)
