At Licorne Vacation Homes, we are committed to offering guests a transparent and flexible cancellation experience. The following policy applies to all bookings made directly with us or through our official website:

1. Full Refund – 5 Days Before Arrival

Guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their booking at least 5 days prior to the check-in date.

If the cancellation is made less than 5 days before arrival, the refund will be subject to the conditions below (e.g., standard rate adjustments for discounted stays).

2. Discounted Rate Adjustments (Weekly/Monthly Rates)

If a guest received a special discounted rate (such as a weekly or monthly rate) and chooses to shorten their stay, the following terms apply:

The guest will be charged the standard nightly rate for the actual nights stayed.
The remaining balance will be refunded.

Example:
If a guest books 30 nights at a monthly rate but departs after 10 nights, those 10 nights will be charged at the regular nightly rate. The remainder will be refunded.

3. Notice for Early Departure

Guests must notify us by 5:00 PM the evening before their new intended departure date if they plan to leave earlier than scheduled.

Late notice may result in an additional night’s charge.

4. No Non-Refundable Rates

Licorne Vacation Homes does not offer any non-refundable rates. All bookings are eligible for refunds as per this policy.

5. No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive on the check-in date and fails to notify us in advance (no-show), they may still request a 75% refund of the total booking amount, unless it is a 1-night booking, in which case no refund will be issued.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are processed via bank transfer to the guest’s nominated account.
The guest is responsible for covering any bank charges or transfer fees associated with the refund.
