Negative: انا حجزت 4 غرف نوم واحده منها ضيقه جدااااا وايضا لايوجد طاقم يساعدك تخدم نفسك بنفسك والعيب الاكبر لايوجد خدمه تنظيف بالشقه الا عند المغادره فقط او ان تطلبهم انت على نفقتك الخاصه

Negative: They have charged the service fee based on number of days I booked, but they have not done any service, they didn’t change bed sheets and provided any additional toiletries…
