ok for a weekend Positive: It was clean and other guest very discret. Negative: To many guest using kitchen and major construction site in front and a new one starting next to it. Hardly no more ocean view.

This Villa is BEAUTIFULLY STYLISH, spacious and quite in an Excellent Location Positive: This property is very spacious . The super king suite is AMAZING with an amazing view of the ocean and Burj Al Arab throughout and the moon light above me Negative: It was a new experience for me sharing space in the common areas. There were men there too. But they were indeed very decent and respectful gentleman .

Positive: Clean, comfortable guesthouse with friendly hosts. Great location, just a short walk to the beach. Pleasant stay, would recommend! Negative: There was a small misunderstanding as the room wasn't ready upon arrival, but the host handled it quickly and politely. Overall a good stay!
